Shredder Unit | Pre-breaker

A shredder is used for size reduction of the rubber raw material. The body of the shredder is fabricated with MS plates. The cutter roller is made up of caste iron having 200 VHN hardness. The feed roller is made with stainliess steel with 5 HP motor and gearbox drive. The main cutter roller is driven by 50 HP motor having 1440 rpm direct with belt drive. The total unit is mounted on MS fabricated baseplates.
