Hammer Mill

This machinery is used for further size reduction of rubber lumps. The hammer mill is fabricated using MS plates having a rotor with blades of EN-8 Steel. The rotor is mounted on roller bearings on both ends. The machine is mounted on a base plate fabricated with MS channels.

 

For Plants of Capacities 10 tonnes/day and 15 tonnes/day:

The hammer mill having 48 free swinging hammers made of EN8 are assembled in a rotor. The body of the hammer mill is fabricated with MS plates. The bottom screen is provided for discharging the milled rubber to the tank. It has a 40 HP motor with direct belt drive.

For Plants of Capacity 24 tonnes/day:

The hammer mill having 96 free swinging hammers made of EN8 are assembled in a rotor. The body of the hammer mill is fabricated with MS plates. The bottom screen is provided for discharging the milled rubber to the tank. It has a 50 HP motor with direct belt drive.
